For communication programs to deliver the most value over the long term, you need more than a couple of people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to keep a communication program up and running—and delivering results.

Your organization has to be engaged. People who commission, execute, review (and pay the bills for) communications need to understand the "whys," as well as the "hows", of any system. Especially in a decentralized environment, people across the hall—and across the ocean—need to have the tools and training to make creative decisions so that they can produce communications that do their specific jobs well (be an effective brochure or e-newsletter) and work hard to reinforce your messages, image, and brand.

Our goal is always to transfer our thinking; to build larger, more inclusive teams. We create print and web-based tools and resources that make it easier for people within your organization, and also other outside firms, to communicate more creatively, more effectively, and more consistently—so that everything is recognizable as yours.

We plan and facilitate workshops and retreats to help leadership, staff, and volunteers to understand and use new communications; we help to build an informed and comfortable corps of advocates and ambassadors, so that all who communicate on your behalf—formally and informally—can be convincing and effective.
